The store staff were attentive to service. On the same day, they called to confirm the shoe type and inventory. They also responded patiently and kindly. On the same day, I went directly to the store to try on the orange waterproof boots and bought them directly. For the same clerk, there is no reduction in service. Maybe I choose to avoid the crowd at the store on weekdays. It wo n’t be like some major stores call in and ask if there is any size.
