It was established in 1961 to assign classes to Datong of Shulin National School and borrowed classes from Pengcuo assembly hall. In 1968, he moved to the current site as Datong National Primary School. Only the playground is partially open, and the beauty of the flag-raising platform wetland is included in the public art of New Taipei City. Two tall and magnificent old trees, and the light of Datong, the decorative pattern of the school building, are also very distinctive.
