Highly recommend. They were very thorough examining my cat. They even called my previous vet to find out what medication it took. They approached the animals with respect. It was first time for me to get an appointment. I had to be there 7 AM for three possible slots. Once I got a number, the rest is just waiting for 8:30 for register. The rest of the process is quite smooth.

Excellent knowledgeable physicians with a caring and efficient staff. I couldn't ask for better service and I have a great deal of trust in the experts at their facility.

The service is slow as you would expect at a public facility. It is a bit pricey (still cheaper than an external descent clinic) almost all staff speaks English from the doctor to the security guard. Everyone is very accommodating and friendly. The students and interns are very thorough during intake.

Never have I imagined a place so needed by so many people (pets) but a total and complete disaster in every way.nnYou'll be better off studying Veterinarian Medicine yourself and help your own pets before you get anywhere here.nn0. called to find out we need to be there by 8:30am.nIn reality...n1. Get in before 7am.n2. Wait to see if you get a ticket number.n3. If you dont, then try again tomorrow.n4. If you do, wait until your number is called to see if they can help you.n5. A particular schedule (not posted online) and available only if you are there to ask in person, determines what category of services you can choose from.n6. If you choose wrong, start over.n7. if you choose right, they might be able to schedule you for help.n8. You dont even know if your pet is alive any more.n9. go online and search for another hospital.n10. have a real Veterinarian see your pet in 10 mins.
