Taipei City Zoo Temperate Animal Area

The area is the home of beavers and otters. Pumas and the lynx are also lovely neighbors. It takes a long walk from the main entrance but it is definitely worth it.

Penguin area is a good place for a bit of aircon on a hot day. Penguins are a bit vain staring a a mirror all day. The bear is pretty cool when you catch him when he is active.

Really embarrassing. They should be ashamed of how the animals are housed and the poor design of the enclosures. We couldn't hardly see any animals after way too much walking but the ones we could see were miserable.

Catch up Penguin and black beer in this area. So cute!!
