Lintou Beach

Biggest beach in Penghu, miles of white sand. Nice coffee shop on the beach with sea views. Good for swimming and surfing when there's swell from the south (bring your own board)

Nice sand for sand castles, but not for swimming. As I love to swim, it wasn't my favourite place. About 2 meters from shore the bottom gets wuite rocky. My kids had fun playing in the waves and making sand castles.

A combination of park and beach.

Comparing to it's neighbouring Aimen beach, Lintou beach here is much more quieter. The beach is long and clean with soft sand. There's a cafe nearby in the park and it's the only cafe in 10 km diameter range(lol but kinda true). It's nice to just lay here getting a bit suntan, walking along the shore or in the park for a good afternoon. There are restrooms and showering spots nearby as well.
