Great room. Spacious, airy and well equipped. Staff very attentive. However, breakfasted very disappointing.

The customer service here was outstanding and the hotel was very clean and new. A bottle I had bought that had been washed up on a shore was accidentally broken and the staff not only gave me the amount of money I paid, but also made this gift of recycled things found on the beach here to apologize. The entire trip the staff was helpful and kind and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this hotel.

I d like to to have a trip with my parents. Therefore, I thought this hotel will be my best choice. however, I'm disappointed with the services on the first day.nAt first, when we arrived airport then I confirmed hotel about room situation immediately .i know the check-in time is 3:00 pm. based on my parents feel tired. we would like to let them have rest .we were happy when we got there .the hotel staff came to open the door for us then he said your room is ready for you .literally we prepared to check-in, well, one of the hotel staff said check-in time is 3:00, would you like to walk around here and having lunch? I thought ”WTF” Fine…I took them to another place. About 1 hour later we got the ring from the hotel they said yes you could come now .the room is clean now. Just when I turn around back to the hotel. we got the ring again, one lady said you could come back around 1:00 pm.” what???? are you prank to me??”nApparently , they didn't communicate with each other.they should enhance their staff management .nConversely, I have to admit that the room is pretty spacious and comfortable.in addition, you can enjoy the view of the harbour when you open the curtain.And also have many shops in the building.

We enjoyed our stay here. The overall appearance is very simple but super clean, and friendly staff. The shampoo/conditioner smell amazing and the shower pressure is really good. Overall we were very pleased with all this place has to offer.

Great location, great room and facilities, superb service, friendly staff, and hotel guests get to enjoy discounts at the mall next door and Go challenge games, which is a great fun. we had a great stay here.
