HIVE HOTEL 嗨夫精品旅館

Disappointing stay. We left our bags at check in as we arrived early. When we came back in the evening the front desk agent said he didn't know where the bags were but maybe in the room because he couldn't see them. Luckily they were I'm the room, but shows lack of communication. We were asked to choose a breakfast option when we checked in, but we're not notified that breakfast ends at 10am. We went down at 5 minutes past ten, and were told we were too late. The front desk agent said we could have coffee. Again, lack of communication. A used shower cap had not been taken from the previous guest, was still hanging in the bathroom. The two stars are only for the kind breakfast server who did his best to prepare sandwiches for us, despite the front desk agent saying there was nothing she could do. The front desk lady as we checked out was also cold, with no eye contact as we returned our keys. After all the good reviews, I couldn't believe it was the same hotel. Really unfortunate.

Great boutique hotel with a rough, slightly industrial look. Breakfast was a bit too Asian for my liking, but that's really splitting hairs - the place was a really nice surprise!

Hotel is very cozi and very covenient 3 minutes walk from train and bus station and Loudong market people at hotel very polite and breakfast is included and exellent.

It was my first visit to the town, so I chose this hotel just in front of the train station. The location of this hotel is the best in the town at least for visitors. It just takes 30 seconds from the station, and there are some convenience stores, small restaurants, and small cafes. Rooms are a little bit small but tidy. The restaurant is in the basement, and beakfast was quite good, too.
