Longji Beef Noodle Restaurant

I came to the restaurant on 5th March 2021 for lunch with my wife.nIt's a famous restaurant for beef noodles that I knew on the internet.nWhen I went here approx at am11:00, it surprises me that so many people waiting over the gateway.nAfter five minutes, the restaurant starts to business, so everyone keeps a line to order at the counter.nWe order two bowls of three treasures beef noodles and two side dishes.nThe three treasures beef noodles cost 280 NT dollars for each bowl, so I think it's not cheap for beef noodles.nWhen I taste the soup of beef, I can feel some light Chinese herbs in it.nThen I taste the beef shank, and it's easy to chew, but it diced too huge let me feel greasy immediately.nThe beef tripe diced too huge too, and it's hard to chew, so it should be careful of elders.nThe Beef tendon taste is good.nThe environment of the restaurant is clean and light.nAll in all, in my opinion, the taste of beef noodles is over the average.nBut it does not worth me to purposely coming to visit again.nBecause of the feel greasy continues for me for hours.

Amazing food, excellent service, clean and comfy environment, all for a great price

One of my community neighbors drove all the way from Toufen to Toucheng before the restaurant opens at 11 am for the three pearl (beef, tendon and tripe) noodle soup. He was nice enough to get a take away for me. Yes, indeed, it’s one of the best beef noodle soup I ever had. No wonder it’s closed on Sunday and people line up before the restaurant opens at 11 am. Strongly recommend any beef noodle soup fan to put this as one of must visit spot.

A beautiful bowl of beefy noodles.. big chunks of beef at a reasonable price. Would highly recommend!
