Hardware is not friendly at all.nThe bathroom is too small, not friendly for family.nThe parking lot is far away from room. It’s troublesome when you are in a rainy day with kids.nThe breakfast buffet is full and need to queue in the line in the morning. Coffee is not enough for all guests.nNeed to wait for one hour for a hotel shuttle to transport to hotel lobby, not even the parking lot yet.nService is good but hardware is poor. Not recommend at all.

Spent two nights at this place in a certain wintertime. Professional staff, good food, but the highlight has got to be the traditional arts section, which is also open to non-staying members of the public. The architecture of this resort really gives off a comfy vibe, connecting the air of ancient grandeur with its natural surroundings. Definitely helped raising quality of sleep.nnTheir range of toiletries is also excellent.

There is no room service, no restaurant in the hotel. If you come at the evening you have bring food with you. The room is clean and big size for 2 people. You have to go about 5 minuts from the lobby to the room. Its not in the same building, or to take hotel shuttle. For the first time it was difficult to find the room, it was dark and rainy.

The room smells of mouldy and stale air. Mould are found in the toilet sink. Staff are helpful though
