Amazing stay in the Hotel No9! Highly recommended.nWe got hotel late at almost midnight. The night shift counter staff is extremely friendly and thoughtful, help us to check in to a really cozy room. The staff really made our day, we thank him so much!nRoom is modern, clean, no unpleasant smell; the bathtub is deep and wide, perfect for enjoying hot spring. Lobby is so comfy, coffee machine serve 24hr. ud83dudc4dud83dudc4d

Very disappointing.nThe photo is differ from the actual room. I booked room have big bath, whereas the actual room do not have it and wasn't same as the booked room.nThe counter did not do any action about it and only feedback us another room already had customer check in. It's unreasonable for hotel did not reserved room for who booked in advance. And only provide the room they left.
