The 3rd generation building of Taipei Public Library, Bei-Tou Branch was finished construction and reopen on 2006. It is our first public green building in Taiwan, and been listed in the 25 most beautiful public libraries in the world on 2013.

Great selection of English books and conveniently located near to Zinbeitou station. The staff is friendly and courteous. Since it's close to the hot springs, it has a strong sulfur smell.
