Pros:nCheap room, cheap breakfast option, clean room + nice bed, friendly staff, good location (for jiaoxi)nCons:nRoom small, room tub not actually hot spring water (maybe it was filtered but I know fresh hot spring water and this was not it - water was also cold in the morning when I wanted a hot bath), short on staff (you have to call the front desk with a cell phone to get help. If you are traveling without a local phone or bad Chinese this can be an issue)nnOverall nice place for the price
We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. It is not a high end hotel, but it is clean and renovated inside and for the price you have everything you need and more. I really liked the intimate feeling of the hotel: the casual decoration style, the seafood porridge we had for breakfast, friendly staff, nice neighborhood etc. Perfect for vacation feeling, not so corporate. We also used the hot spring bath downstairs, and it was very nice.

If they ask if you want cake, eat the cake. It’s like a very interesting version of a strawberry cream angle cake. I thought it was a miscommunication when they first asked if I wanted cake, I’m glad they asked again the next night.nnThe people were quite accommodating, happy with my stay. You can hear what’s going on through the halls a bit. Wasn’t an issue till Saturday.nnVery secure building. Everyone knew who was coming and going, which I appreciated as a single female traveler.nnSoaking in a Juan’s tub in your room is quite relaxing, would stay there again.
Very nice service.nWe can have a hot spring whenever we want and after it the server will offer a free dessert.nIt is very awesome to have such a great breakfast on the next day morning.
