Beautiful shopping mall but maybe the best time to visit late afternoon or early evening

Descent size mall where you can spend time with family or friends. The layout is a little complicated. Easy access to rail and buses. From Taipei 101 you are looking at 30 minutes on Metro with one connection. The Ferris wheel is a bonus, a variety of stores for everyone. Restaurants and entertainment. A good place to spend time although it's a bit out on the outskirts of the city still worth it.
