I am a professor at this University; therefore, this review may be a little influenced. I will start with a positive elements. A great library: an excellent range English literature and philosophy as well as English language material on Chinese religion, philosophy, historiography. A full complement of resources in Chinese from the important compendia and collections such as Siku quanshu, and it's various later collections, an array of religious ( Daoist and Buddhist) and lieterary canons, etc. Arranged for comfortable study during the ETA of COVID. Food court acceptable but not fabulous. A very nice Louisa with seating overlooking the river, but seating insufficient for needs. A very nice sports field and track which, due to low lying situation, floods. A beautiful concert hall, the nicest small-sized concert venue I've seen in Taiwan, with first-class architectural design for a level of sound quality unprecedented in the region.
