Keelung Night Market

Overrated night market, short 20min walk from Keelung train station.nMost of the food here can be found at other famous night markets in Taipei, there’s not much specialty or flavour which plays a differentiating role. Perhaps the more popular items are the sandwiches. Nutritious sandwich or fried pork cutlet sandwich, they are just plain bread wrapped with tomato and cucumber with loads of mayonnaise, nothing spectacular.

One of the best night markets in Taiwan. I visited over 40 so far and can highly recommend this one! Even if you don’t find something else to do in Keelung, just going there for a half day trip to visit the night market is worth it!

Went here first day of new year, packed with people. If you like night market, definitely should go check it out. Keelung night market has a lot of seafood since it’s next to the harbor. No.5 Thick Crab soup was awesome!

Fun, down to earth, local night market. Different from some of the tourist focused night markets in Taipei. I think this is the best night market I have been in Taiwan

This is one of the most famous night market in Keelung. It is very convenient to go, you cam either take bus or train. Also the night view is very beautiful.
