Herb Art Hotel

Stayed in a standard room for 2 and it was smaller than expected. The washing basin was situated separately from the tiny bathroom, though the bathroom feels clean and water pressure is ok. Sound insulation is terrible, movements and morning alarm sound from next door were clearly audible from our room, there were also frequent knocking sounds during the time we were in the room. Quite annoying I'd say. The staff at the service desk were very friendly are feels ready to help with any requests.

This place is a nightmare, no hot water in the morning

Location is good, 5 to 6 minutes walk from night market. I took a bus from Taipei, stopped 2 minutes walk away. Room is clean but small, no windows but brightly lit. Beeakfast is bad, very salty. The branch at Luodong serves much better breakfast. I had a good experience there, thats why come here but am disappointed. Overall might consider here or try another hotel

Room was a bit smaller than expected, but staff was extremely friendly and everything was clean! I would return here, great value!

Helpful front desk staff especially Ms xie. Room is clean and location is convenient. Would come back again next time
