Keelung Public Library Xinyi Branch

It’s a public library which is 10 minutes walking from the city center. You need to take the elevator to the 4th floor. There are many computers on which you can connect to internet. Kids have a dedicated space where they can find reading books. Great views and lots of light.

Large, quiet, and very accessible from almost anywhere in Keelung. There is free WiFi, plenty of seating and outlets, bathrooms, and it's all a minute's walk from one of Keelung's markets. The library is closed on Mondays so keep that in mind before visiting.

The library is noisy, and the children have been running around calling parents and administrators.
