There is a fire test without prior notice. I have to take a certificate and take time off to study. I am scared and disturbed. Can I make an announcement in advance if I want to have a whole day of fire test?nAnnoyed speechless (returning my fake and quiet reading environment)

Children ran around, and set up an e-sports experience area. The keyboard and mouse sounds very loud. It's not a library at all, I don’t understand.
