The hostel was moved about a year ago, and now it’s one floor of a house in Heping Island.nThe new owners experienced working holiday in Germany so they understand backpackers so well. Everything clean but still comfortable, including showroom, shared bed rooms and kitchen. Be aware of there being this pretty cat.
A humble lodge nearby with the seaside. I enjoyed the jelly making session and the owner is so friendly. There's also a small hill nearby you can hike to see the view of Keelung.
2 times, different hosts, man one is kind and passionate, while the woman one is not that good as him...
Best hostel ever, this place feels like home !
Worst Hostel experience I've had until now. There was a nice (internship) person who showed me the room. But she left in the evening. I ended up alone in the building, no other travellers. On the 3 floor was a door which was not able to close. Even though I was on the first floor I could hear it slamming al night!! Being alone in the hostel in a area that I don't know did not make me feel save! Other than that arriving tired at the Hostel I had to prepare the bed myself. I expect this to be done by the hostel workers.. Every Hostel I've been to offer this.
