Impressive structure on top of a hill with views over the busy port and Keelung sign. Beautiful complex where the ghost festival takes place in summer.

Good history lesson on the spirit world and why they celebrate ghost festival. Due to the poor condition of the building you can't climb to the top which is a shame. Great place to visit

Can only see the lights on during ghost festival! Nothing inside the structure!

Impressive building containing a small free museum about the ghosts festival which has all information printed in Chinese and English. Worth a look if you're in the area.
