Update: the cleanness has improved.nnThis is centrally located to the local market and a short walking distance to the food night market. And the fees are reasonable. Most convenient parking. But, it is not that clean and the drive down to the basement is narrow. Be careful!

Super good for parking. Came to Keelung for lunch after visiting yeoliu geopark. Centralized location so lots of food to eat. Cheap as well. Legit parking no issue.

The only elevator is broken. The functioning elevator is only for residents with keycards. Not handicap accessible, grandmother who had trouble walking had to climb the stairs.
