CMA-CGM TPE OFFICE

I don't think the previous reviews are accurate or mean something. Our company has CMA CGM take care our shipment. Their customer service line is just slow and not responding. Their general phone operating system keeps going to voice mail and no operator to assist the customer. For an international company like this dealing with inter-nation shipments, this is not really acceptable. Please improve your customer service and get back to customer inquiry. If the issue is not resolved, I will keep the rating as one star.
