Taipei Zhongshan Sports Center

Located in the western Taipei golden area, it's a sporty privilege to have a sports center, whether a.gym, swimming pool or wooden floor rooms, you can get what you want to sweat on.

Got everything you need for a sports and leisure center, albeit slightly small and not the best equipped gym. But the best bang for your buck. Slightly less crowded than other district run sports centers. Would recommend for anyone looking to get fit and not fussy about old equipment and not wanting to pay for frivolous things that you never use anyways

Good badminton court

Went to play badmintonn4court at one floorn2in one basketball and badminton

Good equipment in the fitness room but there are so many people. It might be better on a week day. There's also a lack of space as the room is dominated by weightlifting machines, treadmills, and bicycles. While there have been criticisms that it is full of people just laying about the machines, these kinds of people mostly just stood around instead.
