Very interesting. Amazing to learn and understand ROC's Air Force history, And it's contribution to today's Taiwan's democracy's defence and prosperity. A subject not very much discussed in Taiwan these days

The Republic of China Air Force Museum is an air force open-air museum in Gangshan District, Kaohsiung, Taiwan. The museum building was completed on 14 August 1987 to accommodate the Republic of China Air Force Academy campus planning. The overall exhibition area of the museum spans over an area of 3 hectares, which consists of various collections of artifacts, archives, weapons and airplanes.

This is a great museum! Only a $150ntd taxi ride from the local train station. The staff will organise one for you when you want to return. Some of the staff speak English and it has some great aircraft in good condition! Well worth the trip if you have time.

A great museum. It's quite new and well designed. The information is available in Chinese and English. When I went, it wasn't busy so many of the things to do were closed. This did not effect the ticket price. So I wonder why I should pay the same price for less exhibits. Other than this I have no complains about this museum. It was a great place to spend time.
