My personal favorite place where I've rented a bicycle during my stay in Taiwan. The price is fair and you get to ride a brand new bike. The girl behind the counter was really nice and friendly. She even gave me a small discount.

It's not cheap, it's 350 yuan for 1 hour in the afternoon on a normal day, although it's another hour later, it's still expensive! Especially the hour that was given away made me ride back from Xiangshan in the dark from 5 to 6 o'clock.
