Minimalist in appearance but a totally wonderful experience. There is a pervading Zen spirit in the neat, restful atmosphere. The service is superb. The sincere friendliness of the staff is clearly palpable. They go to extra lengths to make your stay a memorable and joyful one. The breakfast is not only delicious, it is healthy as well. One of the owners, who happens to be the chef, is extremely talented and creative. She uses local produce to full advantage, creating imaginative and tasty meals in the spirit of the hotel's minimalist orientation. The rooms are well-appointed and comfortable. The bathrooms are ample and very clean. The ladies who run the show are very competent and professional. That is on top of the fact that they are warm, wonderful and beautiful persons with very pleasing personalities.
Had astonishing experience here. Kind and friendly staff who also made wonderful breakfast with local organic ingredients. Good food good energy bring you joy from the beginning of the day. Simple minimal design with some cozy vibe, love the candles shimmering in the night.
This was my third visit and I felt like I was coming home. I had the best sleep I've had in a while and was greeted with the best black tea and coffee at breakfast! This is a great time to visit Sun Moon Lake!
