Toilet is smelly, and the waiting area is bright and clean.

Fantastic place to get to any major city in Taiwan. The station is very clean and there are buses that run every 10-15 minutes. Love it. You get wifi on the buses too. #taiwan #hsinchu #bus

Staff r kind,but 5500 bus is my worst recommendation.i have to get to a certain place using the bus,but their due bus didn't come on time,what's more was cancelled in the end. I cannot trust this bus company. No choice to use them to go to Taipei any more...
