Upon meeting my ex's family, they came here and immediately wanted to be taken to a comic shop. Before that I would be invited by pops to read Mad magazine and Elfquest. I soon found out the ones in Taiwan are mostly all written in Chinese with the exception of newspapers which usually were translated. Can't remember the specific one but was impressed with the detail, drawing and illustration. Now one place I'm at has a owner who knows these well and has created his own magazines- how creative.

The clerk is very kind, but there are mobile phones in the store. The voice is too noisy and even some people reading in the store are chatting.
