I invested money in one of them, and the machine malfunctioned and thought I didn't press it well. The call on the machine responded. The person who answered the phone paid me as if I was looking for the wrong person? Also asked what is the number above? Then he said he wanted to notify the staff and hung up ... I thought he would ask someone to come over, and no one appeared for a long time, and then he did n’t answer the phone, and the other number did n’t answer ... so it is..? Do I need to refund my money if the machine fails? I'm not even embarrassed on the phone.
