Shezi Island in Taipei City, tightly sandwiched between Keelung River and Tamsui River, is a flood control and discharge area that has been banned for many years. The school was established here to allow more than 3,000 children from the community to go to school nearby. The establishment of the school also promoted the construction of the community and improved the cultural standard of the community.nnThe school was officially approved to set up a preparatory office for the establishment of the school on August 31, 1986.
