Drinking espresso and watching cats in the outdoor area on the sunny day is so nice.
We reached there at around 9am and most of the shops and cafes were closed still, mostly open at 11am according to one of the local souvenirs shop which opened after she feed her cats. You may stop by and walk around from Ruifang to Shifen. This place is between.
If you go, avoid the pasta. But do order a tall drink, sit by a window, and escape the heat while enjoying the view.
