The staff at the counter was very bad and had to deal with insurance matters after the death of a loved one. I went to the Shin Kong Life Building on Zhongshan Road, Banqiao, and I showed relevant documents to prove our relationship with the deceased family member. We have the right to inherit and are the only one. The successor, Taiwan staff insisted that because of personal privacy factors, they could not provide who the insurer of the deceased relative was. The absurd thing is that the relative suddenly passed away and did not explain who the Xinguang salesman was. At the farewell ceremony of the death of a relative, the Shin Kong Insurance salesperson randomly sent the insurance application form to a relative who had no inheritance rights, and then the insurer disappeared. Fortunately, we later purchased another insurance clerk through a deceased family member. The clerk of his insurance company knew this Shin Kong insurance business that had disappeared without a trace, and finally assisted us in completing related matters. When I first came into contact with Shin Kong Life, I also left a bad impression on Shin Kong Life. Later, I got bad experience after asking friends. In the past two days, the news mentioned that Shin Kong Life was fined more than 20 million by the government. I think it should not be surprising
