Small library, but when reading on the second floor, you will be interrupted by the smell of smoke coming in from time to time. I hope relevant government units can help persuade the public not to smoke around the library or hold health seminars to educate the public that smoking is harmful to themselves and others Another option is to set up a smoking area elsewhere, on the one hand to protect the rights of smokers, on the other hand, it also protects the rights of other non-smokers not to be affected by second-hand smoke!
