I accidentally forgot to wear a mask to enter the library, and I was anxious that my appointment book could not be picked up smoothly. However, during the entire communication process, the questioning attitude and persuasive tone of the staff in the library was very uncomfortable, especially when I was asked to leave the door without respect. People, I know that I understand the library’s epidemic prevention regulations, and I didn’t deliberately violate the regulations, but I really can’t agree with treating the people with this bad service attitude.
