Great place, it's a one-stop location to deal with all the vehicle related issues. Getting driving licence for car, truck, motorcycle it hits are all possible, as well as vehicle inspection, violation fines, insurance and more. The place is usually not too busy because of its fairly remote location.

Don't bother contacting them via email. It's a waste of your time because the service is useless. They post English version for the translated website just for show. Slow service? More like NO service as no one there is educated enough to speak English. An entire team of customer service and nothing. Good Luck.

2 times I've been there and both times I had horrible experiences! I was given wrong information both times and it ended up costing me a lot of time and money to fix things. The worst part was that the manager there told me that she understood that someone at the office made a mistake but there was unfortunately nothing she could do about it, and that mistake cost me NT20,000!!
