They are very friendly and nice. However the tutor language is in Mandarin, and she speaks so fast. It's a bit hard to catch up the process. However, it's nice the helps are very helpful, they all willing to help if you asked for help. So if you are not a Mandarin speaker or listener, don't be shy and just ask them for help. It's a fun experience in Taiwan.
