Make an appointment in advance to cut your hair at 13:30 in the afternoon on 11/28. Even if there are guests in front of you if you arrive early, you will generally be considerate to wait a while if there are guests in front. During the period, the designer kept chatting with the previous customer who cut the plane's nose (there was a guest who came to ask for a haircut tomorrow), and did not want to speed up.
