Being on vacation in a foreign country and having dental problems is really bad luck. For any foreigner who is looking for a fluent English speaking dentist this is the place to go. Dr. Ray Chiou recently returned to practice in Taiwan after 8 years practicing dentistry in Michigan and Texas. Dr. Chiou is an outgoing professional who keeps you informed about what is going on throughout the procedure while letting you know all the options that are available. I was extremely satisfied with the work that he and his assistants did and I will definitely be returning for check ups, cleaning, etc.....
