There's is not an actual public hotspring here.
Go to the temple nearby, get inside, they have bathtubs with hot and cold water, "pay" a small donation in the entrance when you finish using them (based on what locals said, 50NTD per person is fine).
WARNING: There is actually no real hot spring. There are just many hotels who use hot spring water to fill their pools.
Good hot spring.
