Excellent experience at this store! The staff are knowledgeable about their products, and were able to recommend a shoe based on my needs. All shoes were fully stocked in a variety of color and size options, sales associates were extremely helpful (also spoke great English) and happy, and the service was fantastic. Highly recommend this store for quality running shoes!

Feb 2021nnI finally took out the shoes that I purchased back in 2019 because it is time to replace my Nimbus 18 Gel runners.n---------------------------------------------------------------------------nI wish they had a store like this in Toronto. I have Achilles Tendonitis and ASICS shoes are the best for me while on my runs.nnThe selection is fantastic, the staff are helpful and knowledgeable. The price is what it is. I am happy with it.nnA+++ experience.

I could spend all day in this stores. The selection is amazing and the staff is awesome. And they have a fun run every Wednesday night.

Very disappointing! After hearing rave reviews regarding Asics shoe technology, I decided to try thier shoes in The stead of my New Balance technology. I attended this Asics flagship store the attendants were not able to answer any questions regarding Asics technology, and were not able to tell me which shoes would best suit my high arch and intonation situation. When I noticed the room containing their tread mill and running shoes for analysis of gate, I was told it is only by appointment, and was not given an appointment when I asked for one. The attendant was only willing to have me try on shoes and see how they felt. The manager quickly closed the door to the room barring any further entrance. Not what I had imagined purchasing their shoes would be like.nI wpuld select a negative star value if it existed.
