I will give them zero star if I could.nI had booked activity/experience package from Klook twice in my life. Both canceled because they are sold out. I don’t think it’s fair to charge customers first and then tell them you don’t have the tickets you claimed to have in the website. It takes two days to confirm the the package/tour you purchase, I highly recommend you guys just go to the official website to buy what you need( cheaper and guaranteed to have the product they are ready to sold)nnI report my service experiences to their staff via email however they do not reply my concerns and only proceed the refund procedures with canned message.nnBe careful to plan your trip when you use this company for tour planning. Make sure double confirm before you pay and before you plan other stuff.

EDIT: The team did work hard to resolve my issue. the the user-exp is still a broken.n*****nOnly the booking process is online, but if you need a refund, It's a badly designed offline process.nnIf there is an option, I would recommend booking with TripAdvisor or anyone else where the user experience is better and up to date and does not involve postage, and mail stamps, and 3 months.

Had a great Shifen waterfall tour today. It was made even more interesting by our very knowledgeable guide, Sandy. She did an excellent job making sure everyone had a wonderful time during this day trip. Five stars to you Sandyud83dude0a

Really bad.n(1) We booked a tour and did not want the option to Yehliu Geopark and were told it’s possible. We checked twice and were told it is possible and that we would return earlier. Today, we are told that we are on the wrong tour. Either we pay for the option or we sit twiddling our thumbs for an hour or more.n(2) This tour was supposed to leave at 9 but now we are told that the bus is leaking due to the rainy weather (!!) and we have to wait for a replacement bus.n(3) the gathering place is a confusing with many tours going off from the same place. We were shunted from one bus to another. Walking in the cold rain is NOT fun.nPoor service all around.
