At first I didn't pay much attention, then it started more and more. Dropped a photo of Dr. Ostap, he said maybe blood in the urine, prescribed pills. I asked if I could go for a check-up first, and then he said you could come over. We arrived, inspected, made a bridle, paid 400 hryvnias. Everything is good The next day I notice a lot of fleas, which are already clearly visible ... How simple could it be to see if a cat has them ???? What else can we talk about .. This is my first cat, I do not know much, I ask for help, and here the elementary is not checked and do not know!

I strongly do not recommend. If you have already come to the vet Ostap (and if it is not to buy food, vitamins or a simple operation), I advise you to consult in parallel with another veterinarian. I did not do it in time and I am very, very sorry about it. I am writing this review with tears in my eyes. Unprofessional, irresponsible, indifferent was the grief-doctor Ostap, who knew the dog and its owners, who spared no time or money (and the described symptoms, as a doctor, should have known that the delay in diagnosis and, accordingly, with proper treatment can be fatal), diagnosed and treated on the phone: "give this ... did not help ?, then try something." And only at my request to examine the dog was it said: "yes ... you can bring"). As it turned out, we lost precious time, so a chance. In time, intensive hormonal treatment was not prescribed, but "movalis", "ipigriks" were prescribed .... It was suggested that I wait for my regular appeals, which did not help. due to such unprofessionalism and indifference. P.S, Yura's assistant - attentive, kind and sensitive. But he still has to learn. To at least learn to distinguish severe pain (as it turned out from the overload of the front paws in dogs very sore joint) from microstroke. I want your pets to be alive and healthy. I would give a lot if I could turn back time = chance, but unfortunately ...
