In which I come and the administrator (a woman with blonde long hair) does not pay attention to the client, to me! Today in which there was not a pleasant situation! I was registered at 9.30 am, came at 9.26, there was no one in the city administrator. There were phones and maybe a cash register on the table! At 9.38 the beauty-administrator came. She reacted aggressively to my indignation! Not an apology but only an accusation! I already wanted to leave here, but there was a worker who came to work knowing that he had a record and it was not his fault that someone was not competent in his place! Even when I left she sat with an indignant face and didn't even say goodbye! For some reason, the master who did the wax procedure for me apologized, but she didn't! I do not understand, when you hire an employee, you do not explain what is part of their responsibilities ???! Please respond to this incident because it is no longer one-time! I am very grateful to the master of sugaring and wax procedures! As always at the highest level!

I drew attention to this and explained how important it is for me to have an even cut. As a result, I got this drug addiction ... I attach a photo. And I paid 450 hryvnia. For this ... As a result, stretching her hair with an iron was in quiet horror. I had to pay another 500 UAH. in another salon for alignment. Waiting for the reaction of the salon. Was on 27.09 in the morning. I don't know about other services, I was at a manicure, they don't align the nail plate. They said (no, we don’t do that) + the colors of varnishes should be considered in bottles - there is no palette. The varnish turned out with a gap .. the manicure itself was not bad .. the coating is not very good, and the price is expensive. The price does not match the quality.
