Service is convenient. But during the consultation they said by phone that they work from 9 to 17, and during the visit it turned out that from 10 to 17. As a result, closer to 10.00 at the entrance there was a long queue, and then inside the building queue - according to issued coupons.

It is too difficult for the "state in the smartphone" to set an up-to-date schedule. They work 2 hours less, so lunch was added (there was no lunch in the pre-quarantine schedule). While the "servants of the people" dine, visitors have to wait outside, despite the winter and weather. Inbox for incoming correspondence also during the lunch break ... Very nice and humane attitude to visitors, thank you, thank you very much.

The site says that they open at 9:00, in fact, they work from 10:00, and because of this, people who came at 9:00 have to stand and wait. And most importantly, they only let some people.
