I have been making purchases in the Panchokha store for several years and I can say that I am very pleased with the quality of the goods and the service, this concerns online shopping and shopping in the store. The assortment of goods is colossal, the entire dimensional grid is available, the managers are friendly, they will always help you choose the right size and recommend this or that product! With regard to online shopping, in general, everything is quick and simple! Sending goods on the same day and delivery is free - this is very pleasing, very rarely stores provide this service! I am a regular customer, and over the years of shopping - not a single negative point, everything is always on top! I recommend this store to everyone and wish Panchokha prosperity and expansion! We wanted to order pajamas online. The dimensional grid on the site is not true. Nobody answers the attempt to clarify online. I had to call, the seller on the phone began to explain that the size on the XL is different (thigh volume 115 instead of 94-98 (as indicated on the site)). There are no reactions to the fact that the site has the wrong size. The seller spoke Russian when I spoke Ukrainian. Please, if you focus on online ordering, then do it so that customers were comfortable and pleasant to use your service.

I do not recommend shopping in this store, I especially do not recommend using their gift certificates, or buying things there for someone as a gift. The size, most likely, will not fit, but changing will be a whole problem, the same applies to online shopping. Well, the customer focus of the staff is off scale ... Update: I will comment on Panchokhi's desire to help: It is good, of course, that the store reads reviews, but it would be even better if they LISTENED to them in the store itself and solve problems "on the spot" ... The gift that I bought and the size of which is Chinese XXL (European L maximum) had to be given to another person, because the problem was solved by itself ... And I will not change the review to a positive one, because I see no reason for this.

Luxurious store, great assortment of goods. Helpful staff. I definitely recommend it! The PANCHOKHA store is a visiting card of our city !!!
