Podkova Mini Hotel

Last weekend, my friends and I went to Berdyansk impromptu - just for a walk while the weather permits. Local residents told us where to stay for the night - a mini-hotel "Horseshoe" at the address: Pr. Victory, 25. The administrator of the mini-hotel, Gennady, was kind enough to welcome us. And although there was no preliminary agreement, and the season is far from being a resort and not even velvet, two rooms were prepared for us within 8-10 minutes. The rooms are small, but with a bathroom, cozy, clean and already heated. A kitchen with the necessary set of equipment, tools and utensils, an open terrace with tables, a courtyard paved with paving slabs, and more tables. Attention is drawn to the taste with which decorative grilles on the windows, stair railings, an entrance gate, even a barbecue are decorated. Apparently the owner of "Horseshoe" is a big fan of artistic forging. One gets the impression that you are in a small, country cottage, and this is the very center of the city, a five-minute walk from the sea. Also captivating is the fact that the cost of living, including parking the car, is relatively low, quite appropriate for the season. All of the above made us a good impression and a desire to come to Berdyansk and settle in this cozy mini-hotel. Many thanks to the owner (hostess) for the hospitality and care.

The worst mini-hotel in terms of price / quality ratio, which I have ever been, and I have something to compare with. Renovation of the rooms is in a deplorable state, at the same time, they require around 500 UAH per day of stay, although the real price for such housing, as for me, is no more than 200 UAH. The main disadvantage is the so-called "Cardboard walls". We heard every rustle and every word of our neighbors, who did not even communicate in a raised voice, but just talked, and on top of that, it turned out that we listened to the news that was turned on on their TV) We arrived in Berdyansk in the morning, wanted to take a break from the road, but alas, it was practically not possible to do this, and literally 5-6 hours after settling they were forced to move out, so for those who like a comfortable stay, I highly do not recommend this place

I love this hotel very much, everything is at the best level, one step away from all desires, even with children, at least for a walk)))

Convenient location of the hotel as it is very close to the dining room and the center. Everything is well maintained. Acceptable price. Recommend

We were satisfied, the location is very convenient near a shopping center, supermarket, many shops, a park and a promenade nearby. Beautiful courtyard, very comfortable and cozy, the owners are wonderful people, definitely 5!
