When returning goods of inadequate quality, I had to endure insults from the staff. The seller girl initially refused to accept the goods at all, since there was no manager in the store that day, after I insisted on a return, endless inquiries began on the whole store (and there was also a new post office next to it) that I had damaged the goods myself (see how fool I go here and there, break the goods and then I come and return instead of going to the sea and swimming, or I don't know what other logic is). Then they tried to convince me that this product can not be returned, since this product belongs to hygiene products (for those who are not familiar - any product, including personal hygiene products, if they are NOT QUALITY, you have the right to return). Then the girl turned on Sherlock Holmes and began to assert to me that I had to return this product on the same day, and not, as in my case, after 1 day (and it doesn't matter that the product was purchased at 7 pm, and I had no need same day to use and check this item). And so, by the way, it was also stated that I actually had to check this product in the store, and this is what "ALL NORMAL" (literally) customers do in the store. That is, if you want to buy a spray or aerosol in this store, be prepared for the fact that a NORMAL buyer has already partially emptied this product, because this turns out to be the norm in this store. Following the logic of the seller, we can assume that perhaps the same "Normal" buyer broke the goods before that, but the seller never really got to this dogika ... just ... she went there and around I consider it a shame for the store when a low-quality product was sold in it, instead of apologizing and refunding money, get such a boorish attitude towards yourself (although the money was still returned). I made conclusions for myself, I hope that the buyers, as well as visitors to the new mail, who were nearby, also made their own conclusions.

Two stars for service. The seller is openly rude to customers that she did not like. Instead of culturally and politely explaining his point of view, the seller is rude and insults the buyer. The administrator answered the question in a normal way, there are no complaints about her, although the seller also answered in essence, but in an unacceptable tone. The impression that you are in a village at a bazaar, and not in a store.
