I haven't ordered anything yet, but I liked the general view of the department and communication with the cashiers. They answered all my questions very kindly, even wished me well day despite the fact that I did not buy or order anything)

Thanks to Rozetka for opening more and more stores in our city, now in any area you can quickly run into a branch and pick up an order. At Sofievskaya, by the way, I already took it a couple of times - they served very quickly, they were friendly. I was satisfied with the service.

I have many years of experience in cooperation with Rosette, while everything is clean, no incidents. Now I calmly order even very expensive things, for example, MacBook Air. It's not scary that they will take it apart along the way or lose it.

While there is news for me that we have opened another small outlet Rosette, I will definitely use it, otherwise nothing is needed yet. But soon the holidays will cover us, then I think they will collect a considerable package.
