In my opinion, this is the biggest plus of this base. The beach is large, sandy and pebble. The sea is clean, we practically did not hit the jellyfish that occupied the Azov Sea this year, for the first few days there were not many of them, but their number was not critical, and then there were no jellyfish at all, the sea was a little stormy. Meals at the base are normal, as in a regular canteen, moderately varied, portions are large, you will not stay hungry. Although on the third day I already want something non-dining. There is a cafe next to the dining room with a good assortment of dishes and reasonable prices. There is a shop and a pharmacy near one of the neighboring bases. From the base to the center of Primorsk on foot for about an hour, there are two minibuses on schedule. There is a modest excursion service, namely 4 excursions - "Historical Primorsk", "Evening Berdyansk", a trip to the local blue lakes, a trip to some holy font, the Obitochnaya spit. "Primorsk Historical" is usually held in bad weather as an alternative to the beach. There is a summer cinema in which some films are periodically shown. In the period from 21 to 24 August, a music festival "Land of Lita" is held at a nearby base. Well, now about the cons. The housing stock is killed. Building 5 we lived in is a sad sight. Torn wallpaper is still a trifle. Wobbly beds, tables. At our request, the next day the bed was twisted, and the table was slightly repaired, but it staggered anyway, since it stood between the beds, did not fall. The plumbing is old, not that unwashed, the shelf under the mirror, apparently, in principle, is not wiped. There is no elevator, not everyone is comfortable running the stairs several times a day. You need to go down to the beach for 5 minutes, and back up for 10 minutes. As for hot water, it was always there. Primorsk itself is a cute southern city. Green, also replete with conifers - pines, spruces, junipers, thujas. The luxurious building of the local library resembles the architecture of the university in Chernivtsi. There is a Bulgarian lyceum in the city, because a quarter of the population is Bulgarians. I liked the city very much.
