Terrible service, hidden fees, even on a paid and blocked card, they ask you to pay money. When I paid by card through the application I specially made a screenshot that everything was paid and another 5 hryvnias fell, and after a month it turned out that I had a debt of 15 UAH, where is the justice? I won’t deal with this bank anymore, even in the process of servicing they ripped off 60g per SMS alert although I asked to disconnect it for other things like insurance and TP.

Disgusting bank. Constantly make payments even if you pay on the loan (card) on time and more than the minimum payment.
