One of the best banks. Served for many years, there is something to compare. Cozy office, polite employees, profitable service packages with international class cards without hidden fees, insurances and overpayments. The main thing is not to get into debt.

Unpleasant sensations remained after visiting this bank, the bank employees could not activate the card that I ordered, they said they would call back, no one calls for three days, the hotline also did not help resolve the issue (and calling is very expensive, by the way), as a result, I spent a lot of money and nerves

Terrible service, hidden fees, even on a paid and blocked card, they ask you to pay money. When I paid by card through the application I specially made a screenshot that everything was paid and another 5 hryvnias fell, and after a month it turned out that I had a debt of 15 UAH, where is the justice? I won’t deal with this bank anymore, even in the process of servicing they ripped off 60g per SMS alert although I asked to disconnect it for other things like insurance and TP.

Disgusting bank. Constantly make payments even if you pay on the loan (card) on time and more than the minimum payment. Bypass this office, so as not to have problems, and moreover do not support the country of the Occupant! Glory to heroes! Technical support is at zero, the hotline is paid. Horror of the 21st century.
